Frequently Asked

ask us

This is a great question to ask your primary care doctor, or any doctor that might have a good understanding of your health (i.e cardiologist).  Before we commit to regularly scheduling appointments please have a physician’s clearance for you to exercise.  Your doctor will know what to do.  On the documents tab of the website you will find all of the necessary paperwork to get started.

No.  None of our trainers are doctors or physical therapists, however our staff have varied experience in health care and fitness for seniors and higher needs individuals.  Our clients are in a specialty niche that requires more expertise than what one might find in a commercial gym. In short, we design fitness programs that will allow you to workout safely.  If we suspect you need to see a physical therapist, we will recommend that you get evaluated by one.

We bring all of the equipment necessary for a full body workout for your session.  If you would like recommendations on how to outfit a home gym, this is a service we also provide.

We are a mobile service and can meet you anywhere.  Be sure to check with your community gym, clubhouse or office to get the necessary approval for us to meet you in the location you desire.

Due to our small company size we currently only serve the lower and middle Bucks County region.
